There's a section on this Forum with lots of info on this game. You can play an Online version G20 at an almost instant Turn-rate all day long. And 20 Turns in Demo G19 for free as often as you like. I believe full weekly G31 still offers Postal play but only in UK. KJC run some other PBM Games too.
