I forget where I first saw this link posted, but I thought I'd post it here so that others may find it in the future. It's a dissertation on gaming from someone named Richard Jones. It's about the history of gaming, primarily PBM, in the UK. It discusses many of the changes and problems the PBM industry has faced over the years. I finally sat down to read it tonight and found it fascinating.
