I'm trying to download the Windows Galac-Tac helper from here:  http://www.talisman-games.com/galactac/gtac but it just hangs...

Any ideas?

I have no idea why you're having trouble. I clicked on your link and it went right to the page. Was it the page that was not coming up for you Rich, or the next click from that page that actually gets the file?
