BTW, don't forget that customizing maps (what you're spending all your efforts on, here) is one of the most advanced features of GTac. It's not representative of using GTac as a whole when you're still trying to learn about the game and tool. The only reason you ran into this at all, I suspect, is that your special game is giving you information that is outside of the game system and you're using the advanced tools to record that information on your maps anyway.
I wouldn't want anyone to assume that the system is difficult solely because you're trying to do something fancy with it without existing knowledge skills to support that.
P.S. Did you try reviewing all the map-specific instructions available for doing this sort of thing?
