£0.20 or £0.10 per sub-character

All payments converted from dollars to pounds.
Current exchange rate: 2 characters is $5.50

Just a quick FYI to your info here Grim:

I contacted Steve Tierney in the UK via email about whether they provided paper turn results for DW. I was confused as the website indicated that they did, but the Madhouse UK YouTube channel said they didn't (in one of their videos).

He replied:

So there you have it.

Thanks, Rob! I listed the Madhouse USA address, above. I extracted it from Raven Zachary's An Introduction to Play-by-Mail Gaming PDF document that he put together for inmates in the United States. I'll make a note above that Madhouse UK does not offer paper turn results for their DungeonWorld turns. Thanks for the clarification.
